The Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the Annual General Meeting as the Company's Annual Report for the financial year 2025 will be published at a later date than previously communicated. The previously announced date for both the publication of the Annual Report and the Annual General Meeting was 30 June 2026.
As the Annual Report for the financial year 2025 was not available within the required timeframe ahead of the Annual General Meeting, the Company was unable to hold the Annual General Meeting as planned.
The Company's Annual Report for the financial year 2025 is expected to be published on 9 July 2026 and will thereafter be available on the Company's website.
The Board of Directors will provide information regarding the new date of the Annual General Meeting through a separate press release.
