Ulrich Boyer steps down as CEO and intends to continue to contribute to the company’s development as a member of the board. The activated search process to find a permanent CEO continues.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>“Ferry Wolswinkel has during his time at Nepa shown great leadership skills both in his work for establishing a new sales organization and as a strong contributor to the Group Management team. It is with great comfort I leave my work over to Ferry who can focus on sales and profitability with the rest of the Group Management team. Ferry will lead Nepa until we have a permanent CEO in place,” says Ulrich Boyer.</p><p>“I feel honored to be taking on the role of interim CEO and much appreciate the trust of the Board.
