Neovici Holding AB (publ) has today published the annual report with audit report for 2024. The publication has been delayed due to accounting issues related to previously announced related party transactions.
In the management report, the Board of Directors states that the current working capital is not sufficient to cover twelve months of operations and thereby finance the business plan. During the spring of 2025, Neovici Holding AB carried out new share issues with cash proceeds totaling SEK 9.6 million. Work on securing additional financing is ongoing. This information is addressed by the auditor in the auditor’s report.
