Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) has divested the property Prästkragen 5 in Helsingborg at an underlying property value of SEK 27.5 million.
The transaction was completed as a share deal, and the underlying property value of SEK 27.5 million is three percent above the book value as of 31 March 2026. No deduction for deferred tax has been made. The buyer is a private real estate owner in Helsingborg and closing will take place in September 2026.

The sale releases capital that will be used for investments with higher returns, with the aim of increasing Neobo’s profit from property management per share, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.
The property has a lettable area of 900 sq.m and comprises 10 apartments. Following the transaction, Neobo owns 22 properties in Helsingborg, with 445 apartments and a total lettable area of 28,600 sq.m.
