<div class="abstract">NCC has signed a contract with Asuntosäätiö for the construction of 82 right-of-occupancy apartments in the new Lamminrahka area neighboring Tampere in Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 160 million.</div>The agreement covers the construction of two separate apartment blocks and two townhouses as well as a shared courtyard building and parking area. Most of the apartments to be built will be family apartments.Lamminrahka is a new residential area, with good transport connections, neighboring Kangasala and Tampere in Finland. This right-of-occupancy property is centrally located and one of the first large housing projects in Lamminrahka.Now that the building permit has entered force, construction can begin immediately. The project will be completed in early 2025.The order value is approximately SEK 160 million and will be registered in the third quarter of 2023 in the NCC Building Nordics business area.
