COPENHAGEN, Denmark - February 27, 2023 - NapatechTM (OSLO: NAPA.OL) announced
today that CEO, Ray Smets, has submitted his resignation in order to pursue
other opportunities, and the board has accepted his resignation. Henrik Brill
Jensen, the company's Chief Operating Officer, will take over as Interim CEO
immediately, and the Board of Directors will initiate a succession process. Mr.
Smets will continue as an advisor for the board.
