<pre>(Copenhagen, 04 January 2023) - On 3 June 2022, Napatech A/S (the "Company", OSE: NAPA) launched a share buyback program as described in the company announcement of 3 June 2022. According to the program, Napatech A/S would, in the period until 31 December 2022, buy back its own shares for a maximum of 600,000 shares and a maximum value of up to NOK 12,000,000. The buyback program has now been completed. In the period from 07 June 2022 until 07 November 2022, Napatech purchased a total of 264,415 shares at Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 13.17 per share. After the transactions under the program, the Company owned a total of 271,682 shares as treasury shares, corresponding to 0.33% of the share capital.
