Prior to the sale, SEB owned shares representing a total of 5.01 % of the issued shares and voting rights in Napatech. Following the sale, SEB owns 3.72% shares in Napatech, thus falling below the 5 % disclosure threshold (based on 110,138,565 shares issued by Napatech).
