<div class="abstract">Munters has issued a three-year green bond of MSEK 200 and a five-year green bond of MSEK 800 under its MTN-program (Medium Term Note). The offering attracted strong interest from investors and was significantly oversubscribed.</div>The MTN-program was established on 30 May 2025 with the purpose of further diversifying the company's funding sources. The net proceeds from the green bond issue will be allocated to green projects, in accordance with Munters Green Bond Framework."Our inaugural green bond issue was met with great interest. This represents a milestone in our sustainability journey and strong investor recognition of our strategy. We will be using the capital to invest in solutions that support our climate targets and create long-term value.
