Oslo, 8 October 2026: MPC Container Ships ASA (the “Company”) will hold an extraordinary general meeting (“EGM“) on 29 October 2026 at 10:00 CET as a virtual meeting. The notice of the EGM is attached and is also available on the Company’s website.
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) has resolved to convene an EGM to consider the following matters:
The proposed renewal follows the partial utilization of the existing authorization in connection with the Company’s recently completed capital raise and is intended to restore the Board’s customary authorization as part of ordinary corporate housekeeping.
The proposed authorizations are intended to provide the Board with continued financial flexibility for general corporate purposes, including potential strategic opportunities, should they arise.
