Company announcement No. 6NimTag A/S, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mendole A/S ("Mendole"), has entered into a contract with Adserballe &amp; Knudsen A/S regarding the roofing renovation project Carlsro ABC, located in Rødovre.The contract concerns renovation of existing roofing structures and has a total contract value of approximately DKK 25 million. The agreement covers a period of three years and is scheduled to commence in early 2026.The contract forms part of Mendole's ordinary course of business.
