<div class="abstract">MapsPeople A/S | Resolutions of extraordinary general meetingCompany Announcement No. 18 - 2023Aalborg, May 26, 2023</div>Results of MapsPeople's extraordinary general meetingToday, 26 May 2023, MapsPeople A/S held an extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the notice and agenda announced on 11 May 2023, at which the following resolutions were adopted:<ul><li>Article 3.2.1 of the company's articles of association was amended in accordance with the complete wording as described in the notice convening the general meeting. The board of directors is then authorised to increase the share capital pursuant to article 3.2.1 of the company's articles of association with up to a nominal amount of DKK 300,000.</li><li>Article 3.3.1 of the company's articles of association was amended in accordance with the complete wording as described in the notice convening the general meeting.
