<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Dutch company Ivium Technologies B.V. Ivium develops and sells high-performance electrochemical measurement equipment, mainly used for research and development of batteries, solar cells and fuel cells.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>In 2023, Ivium reported net sales of approximately EUR 5.3 million. The company is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands and has 15 employees. Ivium will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Environmental Technologies.
