<div class="abstract"><p>COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 107</p></div><p>CFO Bent Faurskov has chosen to accept a new position outside of LED iBond and will leave the company on 31 October 2024. Flemming Thomsen, Interim CEO of LED iBond International, comments:</p><p>"I would like to thank Bent for his contribution to the company's development during his more than two years in the company. He has played an important role in the efforts to steer the company through a challenging period and prepare the company for the upcoming international scale-up. I wish him the best of luck in his new position."</p><p>The company has initiated the search for a new CFO.</p>
