Last day of trading in unit rights in Lipidor's rights issue

Today, 7 June 2024, is the last day of trading in unit rights in Lipidor AB (publ)'s ("Lipidor" or the "Company") rights issue of units of up to approximately SEK 58.0 million (the "Rights Issue"). Last day of subscription is 12 June 2024. The Rights Issue was resolved by the Board of Directors in Lipidor on 10 April 2024 and approved on the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 21 May 2024.
