<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting in Kopy Goldfields on May 31, 2022, a nomination committee has been formed. Kopy Goldfields’ nomination committee for the AGM 2023 consists of the following members:</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><ul><li><strong>Johan Österling</strong>, appointed by HC Alliance Mining Group Ltd</li><li><strong>Yury Nikitskiy</strong>, appointed by Lexor Group SA</li><li><strong>Sune Nilsson</strong>, appointed by KGK Holding Aktiebolag</li><li><strong>Kjell Carlsson</strong>, chairman of the board Kopy Goldfields AB</li></ul><p>Shareholders having appointed members to the nomination committee represent approximately 84.4 percent of the voting rights for all shares of Kopy Goldfields.</p><p>The tasks of the nomination committee shall be to prepare for the AGM 2023 proposals in respect of:</p><ul><li>the chairman of the annual general meeting;</li><li>candidates for the post of chairman and other directors of the board;</li><li>fees and other remuneration to each director;</li><li>fees to members of committees within the board;</li><li>election and remuneration of the Company auditor; and</li><li>principles for the nomination committee.</li></ul><p>A shareholder who wishes to submit a proposal to the nomination committee shall do this by written request either by e-mail nomination.committee@kopygoldfields.com, or to the following address:</p><p>Kopy Goldfields AB (publ)<br>Attn.
