Her er Rauls kommentarer til disse ejendomssalg.  Kesko meddelte i går, at de sælger ti dagligvarebutiksejendomme til svenske Prisma Properties AB for en gældfri købspris på cirka 59 mio. EUR. Aftalen er i tråd med selskabets strategi om at geninvestere kapital i nye handelspladsinvesteringer. Handlen er relativt lille i Kesko-målestok, og nyheden har ingen væsentlig indvirkning på vores prognoser. Hannu Angervuos aktietips for næste år findes inden for detailhandlen og fødevarevirksomheder. ”Hvis økonomien begynder at vokse, er detailhandelsvirksomhederne klare vindere,” konstaterer Angervuo. Handlen med varige forbrugsgoder har stadig været svag, og en genoplivning af den kunne give detailhandlen en moderat resultatvækst.
