JM selling residential project in Sollentuna, Stockholm
JM has signed an agreement with Folksam for the sale of a rental project in Väsjön, Sollentuna. The sales price amounts to SEK 580m.
The property being sold is the Väsjö Port project (Ekosystemet 1 and 4), consisting of 165 residential units with a total of 9,352 square meters of residential area. The property is part of the larger Väsjön development area in the eastern part of Sollentuna Municipality, located approximately 15 kilometers north of Stockholm. Production started in the second quarter of 2025 and completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2027. Revenue and profit will be recognized gradually over the course of the project within the JM Stockholm business segment starting in the first quarter of 2026.
The transaction will take the form of a corporate sale with an underlying property value of SEK 580m. Full payment will be received in connection with transfer of legal title, which is estimated for the second quarter of 2027.
