Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company') is pleased to
announce that the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its
subsidiaries for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025 and preliminary
annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be released on Friday,
27 February 2026.
Following the release of 2025 Q4 results and 2025 preliminary annual results by
the Company, the Company would like to invite shareholders and analysts to a
scheduled Zoom meeting at 9:00 a.m. Oslo Time (4:00 p.m. HK Time) on Friday, 27
February 2026, hosted by Mr. Raymond Ching, Vice President of the Company. The
link for Zoom Meeting will also be available on the website of the Company at
www.jinhuiship.com.
