Signing and closing have occurred on June 3, 2019 where a total of 18 properties have been divested, including 275 apartments and a total of approximately 55 000 sqm of lettable area. The buyer is SBB i Norden AB (publ), ("SBB") and the transaction is based on an agreed property value of SEK 676,000,000.  "As a step to further concentrate our business we have made a strategical decision to divest the company's Höganäs based properties except for the landmark property Vesta, Höganäs tallest building, says CEO Cassandra Jertshagen."17 of the properties are located in Höganäs and one property is located in Helsingborg, with a combined annual rental value of approximately SEK 55 000 000. The cash flow of the group will be affected accordingly.
