White Pearl Technology Group AB (Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm: WPTG; OTCQX: WPTGF) today announced that the nomination committee has nominated Mr. Jari Koister to be elected to the Board of Directors at the May 20 Annual General Meeting.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>As an executive technology leader, Mr. Jari Koister brings a strong track record of transforming and scaling organizations while uncovering new market opportunities in data, AI, machine learning, and cloud services. He has held senior leadership roles at FICO, Oracle, Twitter, Salesforce, and CommerceOne, where he combined deep technical expertise with strategic vision to drive innovation, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable business impact.</p><p><strong>Solid background in entrepreneurship and technology</strong></p><p>In addition to his professional expertise, Mr. Koister holds a Ph.D. in Technology and MS in Math and Computer Science.
