As Initiator Pharma is a Danish company with shares issued in Denmark but admitted to trading at Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm, the rights issue needs to accommodate routines set by both Eurocear in Sweden and Euronext Securities Copenhagen (VP Securities).
