Oslo, 9 September 2026

The share buyback program will commence on 10 September 2026 and end no later than 29 January 2027. The buyback program covers purchases for a maximum consideration of NOK 12 million, or a maximum of 2,000,000 shares in accordance with the Authorization. DNB Carnegie will make its trading decisions independently of, and uninfluenced by ContextVision. The share buyback program will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the "Market Abuse Regulation") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").
