I-tech operates in marine technology. The company conducts research and development of substances that inhibit marine fouling on ship hulls. In addition, the products can be used for various marine installations in fish farming and offshore. Customers are found in the marine paint industry and among other players in the shipping industry. I-Tech was founded in 2000 and has its headquarters in Mölndal.

<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>At the Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2025, it was decided that the Nomination Committee for future Annual General Meetings shall consist of members appointed by the three largest shareholders as of 30 September each year. The Nomination Committee appoints a Chairman from among its members.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The main purpose and responsibility of the Nomination Committee is to make proposals regarding the number of Board members to be elected by the AGM, the remuneration of the Board, the Chairman and other members of the Board, the Chairman of the AGM, the election of auditors and auditors' fees, and the principles of the Nomination Committee for the 2026 AGM.</p><p>The process of asking shareholders if they wish to appoint a member of the Nomination Committee has now been completed. For the 2026 Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee consists of Tomas Tedgren, appointed by I-Tech's largest shareholder Pomona-gruppen AB, Oscar Bergman appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder and Anna Sundberg appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder. Anna Sundberg has been appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee.</p><p>In order for the Nomination Committee to be able to consider the proposals received with sufficient care, proposals should be submitted by 15 January, 2026.
