January regarding the standstill in negotiations with creditors involved in the restructuring of Hynion AS, and the Board of Director's decision to proceed with filing for bankruptcy. After this notice, but prior to the bankruptcy petition being submitted to the court, Hynion AS has made substantial progress in negotiations with the remaining creditors, and is positive that an bankruptcy could be avoided.
