Humana establishes new elderly care, and LSS group home in central Sollentuna

The unit will be developed and owned by Knut Olsson Fastigheter AB and is planned to be completed in 2028. The unit will be part of Sollentuna's Freedom of Choice System (LOV) and the operations will be run by Humana.

A long-term partnership in the heart of Sollentuna

The property, which is environmentally certified according to the Swedish Green Building Council's silver standard, will be located right next to Sollentuna Municipal Hall with excellent commuting opportunities at the train and bus station.
For Knut Olsson Fastigheter, the project is a central part of a long-term strategy for special properties.

The new elderly care home will be a natural part of the municipality's ambition to offer high-quality service through both municipal and private alternatives.

The building permit application will be submitted shortly and preparations for the new operations will begin immediately.
