<div class="abstract">In accordance with the press release on March 17, 2025, regarding the board's resolution to repurchase own shares, the repurchases of no more than 1,000,000 own shares will commence today.</div>On March 17, 2025, Humana AB ("Humana") announced that the board, under the authorisation from the annual general meeting 2024, has resolved to repurchase no more than 1,000,000 own shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. Today, the repurchases are initiated, with a maximum acquisition amount of SEK 52.5 million in total. The repurchases are carried out for the purpose of improving the company's capital structure. In addition, the repurchases give the board increased flexibility in connection with potential future corporate acquisitions. All repurchases will be carried out by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB ("SEB") on behalf of Humana. SEB will make its trading decisions regarding the shares independently of, and without influence from, Humana and otherwise in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations the Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares, Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no 2016/1052 (the Safe Harbour Regulation).The total number of shares in the company amounts to 51,826,058, whereof 1,000,000 own shares are held by the company at the time of this press release.
