Impairment of goodwill
May 2019, Hudya acquired parts of rights and assets from SalesPartners Direct Sales ApS. Originally, MSEK 22.7 was recognized as goodwill in connection with the acquisition. This goodwill is written down in its entirety as of December 31, 2019. The impairment, that is not affecting the liquidity, impacted the result from the previously reported Year-end Report for 2019.
