Hiabs årsregnskabsmeddelelse 2025 Det kan man åbenbart finde der:  Bestyrelsen foreslår over for generalforsamlingen, der afholdes den 24.3.2026, at der fra det disponible overskud udloddes et udbytte på 1,16 euro for hver af de 9 526 089 A-aktier og 1,17 euro for hver af de 54 398 029 (31.12.2025) udestående B-aktier, hvilket svarer til i alt 75 391 563,12 euro for det regnskabsår, der sluttede 31.12.2025.

Arvopaperi – 28 Jul 25              Herlinien bisnes myytiin alhaiseen hintaan – MacGregorista irtoaakin 480...    Hiabista, Kalmarista ja MacGregorista muodostunut Cargotec on pilkottu osiin. Kalmar listattiin pörssiin itsenäiseksi yhtiöksi ja MacGregor myytiin Tritonille. MacGregorin kauppasumman on uutisoitu olleen 480 miljoonaa euroa, mutta todellisuudessa...                             En noget svagt skrevet nyhed, der i mine øjne ser ud til at indeholde modsigelser. Hvis man går ud fra, at “Gældfri købspris” = “Betalbar købspris” + “Rentepligtig gæld” - “Likvide aktiver”, altså EV=MCAP + Rentepligtig nettogæld, så reducerer nettokassen den betalbare købspris i nyheden??? Nu betaler køberen 70-80 mio. €, får ca. 150 mio. € i nettokasse og forretningen oveni??? Hvad forstår jeg ikke?  Edit: Mon ikke journalisten har forvekslet nettokasse og nettogæld…

The shares constitute the share portion of the reward payments.</p><p>The shares will be transferred around 1 April 2026.
