<div class="abstract"><p>26 August 2024: Reference is made to the mandatory notification of trade and major shareholding notification notice published on 21 August 2024 regarding the share lending agreement between Flakk Composites AS and DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA (the "Managers") in relation to a successful completion of a private placement of shares in Hexagon Composites ASA (the "Private Placement"). The shares under the share lending agreement have now been re-delivered to Flakk Composites AS as part of the completion of settlement of the Private Placement. The total holding of Flakk Composites AS is 15,213,217 shares (approx. 7.2% of the total number of shares in the Company, including the shares issued in the Private Placement), and Knut Flakk and all related parties hold a total of 22,568,314 shares (approx. 10.7% of the total number of shares in the Company, including the shares issued in the Private Placement).</p></div><p>Please see the attached form for further information.</p><p>This information is subject to disclosure requirements set out in the Market Abuse Regulation EU 596/2014 Article 19 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 5-12.</p>
