The proxies are valid only for the EGM. In addition, Mr. Sneve controls, directly or indirectly, a total of 317,692 shares and votes. Together with received proxies, Mr. Sneve represents 3,893,637 shares and votes, equal to 29.02%, at the EGM. Consequently, the 25% disclosure threshold has been crossed. </pre>
