HANZA’s CEO and Chairman of the Board increase their shareholdings

HANZA’s CEO, Erik Stenfors, today purchased 5,000 shares in HANZA for a total of SEK 653,750.

HANZA’s Chairman of the Board, Francesco Franzé, today purchased 9,000 shares in HANZA for a total of SEK 1,164,600.

Following the purchase, Erik Stenfors’ holding amounts to 660,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 1.05% of the shares in HANZA. After the purchase, Francesco Franzé’s holding amounts to 3,534,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 5.61% of the shares in HANZA.
