<div class="abstract"><p>May 31 2023 Handelsbanken entered into an agreement to divest the private, life insurance and SME operations in Finland. The divestment of the SME operations has now been completed and the operations have been transferred to Oma Sparbank Abp. The transaction includes lending volumes of approximately EUR 500 million, corresponding to a risk weighted exposure amount of approximately EUR 170 million, and deposit volumes of approximately EUR 440 million. The Bank will receive a net premium of approximately EUR 12 million which will be accounted for in Discontinued operations after tax in the earnings for Q3 2024.
