<div class="mfn-body">Grieg Seafood ASA (the "Company") has resolved to change its financial reporting frequency from quarterly reporting to half-year reporting.The change reflects the Company's current size and the potential for short-term fluctuations to cause volatility in quarterly results. The Company considers half-year reporting to provide a more appropriate basis for communicating the underlying development of the business over time.The Company will nonetheless continue to keep the market informed on a quarterly basis by publishing an extended trading update following the end of each quarter, including key operational and selected financial highlights. The Company will, however, no longer publish full quarterly interim financial reports for the first and third quarter (Q1 and Q3).
