Green Hydrogen Systems er en OEM-fabrikant (Original Equipment Manufacturer) og clean tech-virksomhed grundlagt i 2007. Green Hydrogen Systems udvikler og fremstiller elektrolyseløsninger til fremstilling af grøn brint. Virksomhedens produktion er i Kolding, Danmark.

Selskabet blev børsnoteret på Nasdaq Copenhagen i juni 2021, hvor selskabet rejste 1,1 mia. kr. til markant opskalering af elektrolysekapaciteten. Green Hydrogen Systems stræber efter at nå mere end 200 MW i 2025 svarende til en omsætning på mere end DKK 1.000 mio. med en bruttoavance på ca. 25 % i 2025.

Green Hydrogen Systems A/S - Inside information Green Hydrogen Systems provides update on in-court restructuring proceedingsKolding, Denmark, 15 May 2025&nbsp;– Green Hydrogen Systems A/S (the "Company") today announces an update to the in-court restructuring proceedings of the Company, following the adoption of the statutory restructuring plan adopted on the creditors meeting on 1 April 2025.In connection with the restructuring process, the Company, its advisors and the court-appointed administrator has continued the efforts to find a suitable buyer to all or parts of the Company's activities.
