<div class="abstract"><p>GRANGEX is pleased to announce that today the Land and Environmental Court in Nacka (Mark- och Miljödomstolen i Nack) has issued a judgement. The Land and Environmental Court approves the environmental impact assessment, completes the environmental assessment and grants Dannemora Iron AB a permit for mining operations etc. and water operations at the Dannemora mine in Östhammar municipality according to Chapters 9 and 11 of the Environmental Code.</p></div><p>"This is a historic day for the Dannemora mine and of course GRANGEX. The fact that in less than a year from the time we submitted our application to the Land and Environmental Court, we received a positive judgement shows that we have done good preparatory work and a good permit process. &nbsp;<br>Now the way is open to complete the financing of the plant project and continue the procurement and preparations for the start of construction in the autumn with a planned start of production in 2025.
