Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 25 July 2024 regarding Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's agreement to sell its subsidiary ADB Gjensidige (Gjensidige's operations in the Baltics) to ERGO International AG, managing ERGO Group's international business portfolio. The transaction has now been completed.Gjensidige has received proceeds of approximately EUR 99 million from the sale of ADB Gjensidige, based on estimated equity for ADB Gjensidige as at 31 December 2025.
