Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Genova") issued on 4 September 2026 senior unsecured green bonds in an amount of SEK 350 million with maturity in 2031 ("Green Bonds") under a total framework amount of SEK 600 million with ISIN SE0030263554. Further, Genova issued on 26 August 2026 perpetual green capital securities in an amount of SEK 250 million ("Green Capital Securities") under a total framework amount of SEK 500 million with ISIN SE0030252508.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Green Bonds and the Green Capital Securities, Genova has applied for admission to trading of the Green Bonds and the Green Capital Securities at Nasdaq Stockholm on the sustainable bond list and the first day of trading at Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about 23 September 2026.
For the purpose of the admission to trading of the Green Bonds and the Green Capital Securities, the Company has prepared a listing prospectus for each of the Green Bonds and the Green Capital Securities, both of which have been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectuses will be available at the Company's website www.genova.se and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website www.fi.se.
