<pre>Operating income from continuing operations was NOK 1.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, compared to NOK 0.4 million in the corresponding period of 2021. EBITDA from continuing operations were negative NOK 44.3 million, including loss from joint ventures of NOK 41.6 million. EBITDA in the fourth quarter of 2021 were NOK 6.3 million for comparison. Net loss from continuing operations was NOK 59.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, including currency losses of NOK 19.2 million. Net profit from continuing operations was NOK 8.6 million in the corresponding period of 2021. Following the sale of Polar Onyx in February 2022, the Subsea &amp; Renewables segment is presented as discontinued operations in the financial reporting. Including profit from discontinuing operations, GC Rieber Shipping had a net loss of NOK 56.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2022 and net loss of NOK 71.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2021. The preliminary annual result for 2022 gives a profit of NOK 243.1 million, including NOK 278.2 million from discontinuing operations. A dividend of NOK 0.25 per share will be proposed to the annual general meeting in 2023.
