<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Ratos has appointed Fredrik Häggström as President and CEO of Expin Group. He will also continue to serve as CEO of the subsidiary Elektrosignal Infra (ES Infra). Fredrik Häggström took up his new role today, in conjunction with Expin Group’s former CEO Robert Röder leaving the company. In September 2024, Ratos announced that its rail infrastructure operations would be restructured with an increased focus on electrification.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Previously, Expin Group's offer included large ground and track contracts, but after the restructuring the focus is on electrification, signal and telecommunication systems with additional track work. Accordingly, the Group now consists of fewer companies and no longer requires a separate management team.</p><p>“Electrification and signal and telecom systems for rail infrastructure is a profitable and growing niche, and we currently have two leading businesses – Elektrosignal Infra and Ratatek – that together with TKBM, serve as the foundation after the restructuring. Fredrik Häggström has extensive experience of running successful projects and operations in this area and will focus on ensuring a successful partnership between the companies in the Group.
