Føroya Banki (tidligere BankNordik) er en færøsk bank noteret på Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen, og med base i Thorshavn. Banken tilbyder finansielle tjenesteydelser til private, offentlige og erhvervskunder.
 
På Færøerne og Grønland består udbuddet af bank- og pensionsydelser, mens forsikringsydelser også er en del af udbuddet på Færøerne. Bankaktiviteterne er på Færøerne organiseret under navnet Føroya Banki, mens forsikrings- og ejendomsmæglervirksomhed markedsføres under henholdsvis Trygd og Skyn ​​varemærkerne.
 
Føroya Banki kan dateres tilbage til 1906, hvor banken blev grundlagt med netop navnet Føroya Banki, der dengang var et datterselskab af Landmandsbanken (i dag Danske Bank). I 1994 fusionerede Føroya Banki med Sjóvinnubankin, og i 2006 valgte det færøske parlament at privatisere banken med en efterfølgende notering på den danske og islandske børs i 2007. Efter at have erhvervet 12 filialer fra Sparbank i 2010 skiftede banken navn til BankNordik, og i 2011 overtog man de sunde dele af Amagerbanken.
 
I 2021 frasolgtes de danske bankaktiviteter, og der fokuseres nu udelukkende på Færøerne og Grønland. Derfor valgte banken også i 2024 at genindføre navnet Føroya Banki. Der arbejdes fortsat på et selvstændigt navn for de grønlandske bankaktiviteter.

15.1.2026 16:24:42 CET | Føroya Banki | Investor NewsFøroya Banki has made an agreement on issuance of Senior Non-preferred bonds amounting to SEK 350m (ISIN: DK0030564497). The bonds have a maturity of 6 years with the option to call after 4 years, subject to approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).The issue is priced at STIBOR (3 months) with an additional spread of 2.00%. The issue is swapped to DKK.The bonds will be settled on 22 January 2026.The bonds are not rated but will subsequently be listed.Following approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet), Føroya Banki has decided, simultaneously with this issuance, to repurchase Senior Non-preferred bonds amounting to SEK 300m (ISIN: DK0030506530). These bonds were issued with settlement date 31 March 2022 and have a maturity of 5 years with the option to call after 4 years.
