Flerie AB’s (publ) portfolio company Nanologica has appointed Mark Quick, Partner at Flerie, as CEO. Mark will combine the CEO role with his continued position as Partner at Flerie. Current CEO Andreas Bhagwani will continue as General Manager of Nanologica’s purification and separation business. Nanologica has also announced an updated strategy and a rights issue of approximately SEK 110.5 million.
Mark brings extensive experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing and commercialisation, including senior leadership roles at Recipharm. As member of Nanologica’s Board of Directors, he has been closely involved in the company’s strategic review and has in-depth knowledge of its operations. He will lead the company together with an experienced management team, including Andreas Bhagwani, Annette Roos (CEO of Syntagon) and incoming Group CFO Axel Elner.
To support its updated strategy, focused on commercial growth and an increased presence in North America and Europe, Nanologica has also announced a partially guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 110.5 million.

Mark Quick will take up the CEO role once the Swedish Companies Registration Office has granted an exemption from the residency requirement for a CEO.
