(TSX: FIL) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: FIL) (OTCQX: FLMMF) ("Filo", or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") of Shareholders will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time at Suite 2800, Four Bentall Centre, 1055 Dunsmuir St. Vancouver BC.</div>The Meeting is being held for the following purposes:1. To receive the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023, together with the report of the auditors; 2. To appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year, and to authorize the directors to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditors; and 3. To elect the directors of the Company for the ensuing year.The record date for the Meeting is May 6, 2024.
