Fabege: DNB Carnegie and DNB Sweden expands on Regeringsgatan

FABGPressemeddelelse20.07.2026, 08.30

Fabege, together with DNB Carnegie and DNB Sweden, through the parent group DNB Bank ASA, has signed an agreement for an extended and expanded lease in Bocken on Regeringsgatan in Stockholm. Under the agreement, DNB Carnegie Investment Bank, Carnegie Fonder and Montrose will be brought together with DNB Sweden under one roof in central Stockholm.

The agreement covers a total of just over 17,000 sqm and runs for five years. DNB Carnegie Investment Bank will continue its operations in its existing premises, while DNB Sweden will take over Max Matthiessen's premises during the first quarter of 2027. The investment in general upgrades to the property's qualities and adaptation of the premises is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 210 million. The net letting effect amounts to approximately SEK 66 million. Occupancy of the new premises is expected to take place on 1 August 2027.

"We are pleased to be able to offer a modern and efficient solution for DNB Carnegie and DNB Sweden, enabling them to bring together their entire Swedish operations on Regeringsgatan. This further strengthens the block's position as an attractive meeting place for the business community. We have been long-standing partners for 20 years and look forward to continued good cooperation in the future," comments Bent Oustad, CEO of Fabege.
