9 January 2026Company Announcement No. 395ROVSING A/S extends the due date of convertible loan issued to an existing shareholderReference is made to company announcement no. 363 dated 8 February 2024 regarding the issuance of a convertible note to the existing shareholder Kim Brangstrup.Today, the board of directors of Rovsing A/S (the “Company”) has resolved to extend the due date of the convertible note issued on 8 February 2024 (the “Convertible Note”) from 12 January 2026 to 12 January 2027.
