In November 2025, Enea launched an updated strategy for the 2026–2028 period aimed at accelerating growth and further improving the company’s profitability. To support these ambitions, the company requires an updated capital allocation position.
As a result, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the start date for the repurchase of the company’s ordinary shares under the authorization granted at the Annual General Meeting.
