wholly owned company Red Devil Holding AS, on 26 February 2026 purchased 1,718
shares in Endúr at a price of NOK 107.71 per share. Following the transaction,
Einar Olsen and his close associate holds 100,000 shares and 450,000 share
options in Endúr.
