The Board of Directors has approved the grant of 420,000 options in connection
with the Group's long-term incentive program. The program is subject to approval
at the Annual General Meeting. If the Annual General Meeting does not approve
the program, a cash settlement of the options contracts will be provided to the
employees.
The following primary insiders have been granted options:
Rolf Barmen: 50,000 options, now holding a total of 89,052 shares and 310,000
options.
Henning Nordgulen: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 70,000 shares and
90,000 options.
Arnstein Flaskerud: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 59,529 shares and
140,000 options.
Jeanne Tjomsland: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 27,258 shares and
130 000 options.
Kari Marvik: 20,000 options, now holding a total of 0 shares and 70,000 options.

options.

The options granted vest on 10 February 2029. The options have a strike price of
NOK 34.00 and expire on 20 February 2032.
The total number of options outstanding is now 2 475 667.
