ELK: Elkem names Milliken exclusive North American distributor for select silane and siloxane materials

Elkem
Milliken & Company and Elkem have entered into a long-term agreement under which
Milliken will serve as Elkem's exclusive North American distributor for select
silane and siloxane materials. The collaboration strengthens access to a
dependable, western-sourced supply of key silicone building blocks for customers
across the region.

Under the agreement, Milliken will offer consistent bulk supply of Elkem cyclics
and fluids, supported by its established North American presence and long
-standing customer relationships. By pairing Elkem's vertically integrated
manufacturing capabilities with Milliken's deep market access, the agreement
gives customers greater confidence in supply reliability while offering
flexibility as they balance domestic and international sourcing.

The agreement reflects a shared focus on responsible manufacturing and
transparency across the value chain. Elkem's production model includes silicon
metal sourced from Norway, which provides customers with more visibility into
material origin and sourcing practices, while supporting demand for lower-carbon
material options in North America.
