<div class="mfn-preamble">Ekobot AB (publ) has decided to postpone the company's Annual General Meeting and consequently also delays the publication of its Annual Report. The decision has been made in light of the letter of intent regarding the transfer of the business recently entered into by the company.</div><div class="mfn-body">Ekobot will postpone the publication of the Annual Report for 2023 to May 8, 2024, instead of the previously communicated date of April 26. The Annual General Meeting will be held on June 10, 2024, which is later than the previously communicated date of May 27.The background is that the company has entered into a letter of intent to transfer its entire business to HH Agriculture Investments B.V., which was communicated on April 8, 2024. The transaction is, among other things, conditional upon the Ekobot shareholders' meeting approving the implementation of the transaction and the buyer finding the testing of the company's product satisfactory.
